Commercial rates begin at R 1350.00 upto R 14000.00 depending on requirements and areas.
Domestic burst pipe repairs can be done from R 1250.00
A domestic leak detection and repair can be done for R 2100.00 in total in some instances.

Inspectaleak has 10 years experience in water leak detection and extensive experience in the plumbing industry. (There is no substitute for experience!). We keep it simple and as non destructive as possible with the top of the range Adixen (Sensistor) Hydrogen Gas Locator available and to within a metre as often as is possible.

In most cases we can locate an underground leak to within a metre which means you wont have to dig up your garden or chop up your tiles, paving and slabs unnecessarily and we never claim to pinpoint a leak, although many leaks can be pinpointed depending on the circumstances relating to concrete/paving/soils/clay/depth etc. and type of pipe. Plastic pipe cannot be tracked with an electronic pipe locator.
We service Johannesburg North, South, East and West including Roodepoort, Randburg, Fourways, and Alberton.
Our domestic rates are as follows : (See bottom of this page for rates for shopping centres,estates, townhouse complexes, factories and business parks etc.)
(Payment terms are indicated below for both domestic and larger entities.)
1.) Within a 25 km range by road from our offices in Roodepoort we charge R850.00 for the first hour of leak detection and R450.00/ hour thereafter.
2.)Domestic and commercial rates outside a 25km range by road from our offices in Roodepoort upto 40 km R 1350.00 for the first hour of leak detection and R450.00/ hour thereafter.
3.)Domestic rates outside a 40 km range by road from our offices in Roodepoort begin at R 1750.00 for the first hour of leak detection and R 450.00/hour thereafter.
4.) The domestic leak detection rates for VEREENIGING/VAN DER BIJL : R 2350.00 for the callout and first hour of leak detection and R450.00/ hour thereafter.
We can quote for repairs when required with the base rate being R 1250.00 and R 450.00/hour thereafter.
Terms of payment : Cash, cheque or immediate EFT before team leaves site.
Note : Payment is due on the same day of the callout and or completion of any work done.
Please note that rates for townhouse complex main water lines, business parks and factories or industrial sites are quoted at R8500/day and R 4250/half day(4 hours) plus R 1200.00/bottle of gas (usually 1 to 4 bottles may be required) for leak detection and location, hence a base rate of R 9700.00/full day (1 bottle of gas) and R 5450.00/half day (1 bottle of gas) upto a maximum of R 13300.00/full day (4 bottles of gas) and R 6650/half day (2bottles of gas) is then payable and usually not more subject to negotiation and circumstances on site.
Note : for commercial, industrial and townhouse complexes, an order number and or written authorisation is required upon acceptance of our quote before any work can take place. A 50% deposit is also required before a team can be released to do the job.
